Without your help, this event would not be possible. We are honored to be able to bring this content to the professional women of the Bozeman area, and your sponsorship allows us to do that.
Please carefully review each section below for important information about the event:
Registration begins at 8:30 am on Friday, March 8. You can set up beginning at 7 am.
Sessions will end at 4:15pm, followed by a champagne toast and raffle drawings. Refer to our itinerary for further timeframes.
Our venue is Firelight Farm in Bozeman. The address is 140 Quentin Way. All sponsor tables will be set up on the lower level, to allow for participants to visit sponsors upon entry, during registration and on breaks.
We will be providing a custom tote bag full of swag and fun prizes for all attendees of the event! We would love to include a branded item or gift from your business. Please plan for a minimum of 50 items of each piece of swag.
After the champagne toast at the end of the day, we will raffle off additional gift items donated by our sponsors.
We would love to include an item from your company in the raffle. This can be a product, a free consultation, or any other item you choose. We ask that raffle items be of a $50 value or more. Please tell us by March 1 what, if anything, you’ll be donating to the raffle.
We will need all swag and raffle items in hand no later than Wednesday, March 6th. You may drop items off at Hattie Rex downtown, or email us to make arrangements for us to pick them up from you somewhere.
If your sponsorship level includes a booth space, you will be assigned a table in the sponsor area. Tables are 8’ long x 31” wide and attractive, custom rustic-wood-and-steel. Tablecloths are not provided by the venue, but you are welcome to bring your own if you like.
You are welcome and encouraged to bring signage, swag, candy, or any other items you would like to utilize to communicate about your business to the attendees. We cannot guarantee wall space for signage, so self-supporting or table-top signage is ideal.
Optimizing the experience
We want you to get optimal exposure from your sponsorship. To encourage participants to visit each sponsor table, we will provide you with raffle tickets that you can distribute to participants who visit and interact with your booth. The participants can then deposit their raffle tickets beside the item(s) they would like to win. This will draw more attention to each raffle item and will allow participants to enter into drawings in which they are most interested.
Because participants must legally confirm and consent to be added to your email list, we are not able to supply a master list of participants’ email addresses. We encourage you to collect participants’ email addresses via a signup list, a giveaway at your table, or other incentive.
If you have an email list, social media accounts, or other methods of outreach, we would love your help and participation in promoting this event to your channels and networks. Here are some ideas for promotion.
- Share our posts and stories in your Facebook / Instagram feed and stories. Tag @BozemanWomen.
- Send an email to your list announcing your participation in the event and encouraging them to attend.
- Hang a poster in your office or store or help us distribute our business-card-sized handouts. Just reply to this email if you’d like some printed materials to distribute.
